We are Jim and Monica, also known as The Body Mechanics.  We have been practicing in Golden for over 4 years.  Our philosophy is to heal our athletes, weekend warriors and indoor/office contenders one touch at a time.

Our Business

We have been working on individuals in the Golden and surrounding areas in the same location for over three years.  We strive to correct the problems and or issues that you bring to us.

Who We Are

Monica and Jim have advanced training in massage.  Both are not just massage therapists, but are advanced neuromuscular therapists.  The work is a little different, a lot effective and surprisingly relaxing. 

We believe in what we do.  We strive to do our best for each and every client.  We are from the mid-west and offer hospitality, excellent work and a little laughter with your visit.

Surrounding Area

 If your are visiting the Golden area, may we suggest a relaxing stay at the historic Dove Inn Bed & Breakfast.  They are conveniently located right around the corner from us.  Come spend the night, take the Coors tour and get a massage.   A delicious evening dinner to follow at either Grappa's or  The Table Mountain Inn.  What a great way to spend the day in Golden!
